  • Therapy for children and teens provides a supportive environment to process emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate the unique challenges of growing up. Sessions can help with:

    • Emotional regulation and coping with stress

    • Behavioral concerns at home or school

    • Bullying, peer relationships, and social challenges

    • Identity exploration, including racial, cultural, ethnic, and sexual identity

    • Support after trauma or difficult life changes



  • With telehealth, we can meet through secure video sessions, so you can get support from the comfort of your own space while still having the same care and connection as in person.

Session Details

Therapy should be accessible and affordable. I’ll work with you to find an option that fits your needs.

  • Standard Session Length: 53 minutes (consistent with Colorado Medicaid guidelines; flexible based on clinical needs)

  • Standard fee: $125 per session

  • Sliding scale available: $75–$125

  • Colorado Access Medicaid: Accepted

  • Private Insurance: Not Accepted (invoices/superbills available for potential reimbursement)
