Welcome! Deciding to begin therapy is a big step, and it takes courage to get this far. I am honored and grateful for your consideration.

My name is Desarae (She/Her/Ella), therapist and founder of Rae of Hope Therapy, LLC. I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and I identify as Black American, Hispanic/Latina, cisgendered, and female. I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My work is guided by a deep commitment to equity, healing, and making mental health care accessible to all. I offer a safe, supportive, and human space to navigate life’s challenges, gain clarity and insight, and build resilience for the future.

I draw from a blend of evidence-based therapies and guiding perspectives to support you on your unique path toward your goals.
