Welcome! Deciding to begin therapy is a big step, and it takes courage to get this far. I am honored and grateful for your consideration.

My name is Desarae (She/Her/Ella), therapist and founder of Rae of Hope Therapy, LLC. I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and I offer a safe, supportive, and human space to navigate life’s challenges, gain clarity and insight, and build resilience for the future.

Therapy should be accessible and affordable. I’ll work with you to find an option that fits your needs.

  • Standard Session Length: 53 minutes (consistent with Colorado Medicaid guidelines; flexible based on clinical needs)

  • Standard fee: $125 per session

  • Sliding scale available: $75–$125

  • Colorado Access Medicaid: Accepted

  • Private Insurance: Not Accepted (invoices/superbills available for potential reimbursement)
